We offer most affordable decoiling solutions for use in continuous process lines like sintering lines, babbitt lines, de-greasing lines and pickling lines. These machines facilitate quick and safe loading of the coil to the mandrel. One coil remains loaded as standby as soon as the running coil is finished, the fresh coil is automatically loaded to the line. This enhances the efficiency and increases the overall production.

The range of our decoilers have a welded steel construction with a dynamically balanced base for smooth operation. The duplex head is mounted on the two taper roller bearing to make indexing frictionless. Drums are expandable and each section has two guards to prevent coils to flare up.
