Cut-to-length lines, takes flat rolled steel or coiled steel, unrolls it, levels and cuts it to desired length sheet. Our wide range of Cut-to-Length Lines can be used for processing both ferrous and non-ferrous material. These lines are available in varied specifications with width range of 450mm to 1500mm and thickness range of 0.12mm to 10.0mm.

Industry line is suitable for high quality requirements of automotive and white goods Industry. In these lines, a constant loop speed is maintained that pushes the material in the loop. A low inertia Feed Roll pulls the material out of the loop at high speed and stops at the exact required length, ensuring accurate cut lengths. These lines provide length accuracy of ±0.05mm and diagonal accuracy of ±0.5mm can be achieved, depending on the selection of electrical controls. The Industry Line can cut sheets at the rate upto 40 cuts/minute and speeds upto 80mpm.

Our Tension Levelling Lines are designed to provide excellent sheet metal flatness required for high quality applications in different industries. The material is run through a entry and exit set of bridle rolls, with the corrective leveler in between. The strip is under great tension with a slight elongation above the yield point of the material, and simultaneously leveled. The material is uniformly levelled and relieved of most internal stresses.

The Tension Leveller arrangements include of an undriven leveller with entry and exit bridles. In the automated lines the degree of elongation is determined by the difference in the speed or the tension generated between the bridles. The Tension levellers are available with different drive options such as closed loop mechanical differentials, all-electrical drives and combination electrical-mechanical drives.
